Small group classes in Folkestone exploring the fundamentals of Yoga. (Currently these sessions are taking place online.)
Classes are suitable for beginners and those with experience of yoga who would like to develop their practice with a focus on the principles of asana (posture) practice.
Practices are sensitively built combining movement with breath, to promote strength, stamina and flexibility as well as some breathing techniques (pranayama) to help calm and quieten the mind.

Pregnancy is both ordinary and extra-ordinary. Each and every pregnancy is unique as each women is. This six week course is designed to support you through the different stages of pregnancy in a community with other women, using Yoga practices specifically designed for pregnant women to build strength and flexibilty, calm the mind, boost vitality and honour the miracle taking place within.
