Coronavirus Measures - A guidance for staying safe

As lockdown eases in the UK we have been preparing for reopening our studio for in-person classes. Below is some information on what we will do and what you can also do stay safe during classes.

  • To allow for social distancing, there are only a limited number of spaces in our studio in Folkestone.
  • You will need to bring your own mat and props for the class.
  • We recommend following Public Health England advice on washing hands more often than usual for at least 20 seconds using soap and hot water. We suggest before and after you attend class. Anti-bacterial hand-gel is also helpful and available at the studio.
  • Please stay at home if you are unwell, or have returned from any high risk areas, as currently recommended by Public Health England.
  • Surfaces such as door handles, benches, sills and ledges at the studio are being regularly cleaned with anti-bacterial spray.
  • I will not be using any hands-on adjustments and instead will use verbal communications and/or demonstrations.
  • Windows will be left open to allow for adequate ventilation during class.
